Scott Jedlinski is a lifelong martial artist (TKD, Muay Thai, BJJ). He has received hundreds of hours of training from people considered to be the best in the industry ranging from tactical/self-defense to competition.
Scott is a Master class shooter in USPSA. He is the 16th recipient of the F.A.S.T Drill (#15) coin. He is also the fourth recipient of the Point 1 Elite Standards Coin. His martial arts has culminated in being a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Tony Passos/Vicente da Silva Jr.

A.J. Zito is the esteemed founder, gunsmith, and lead instructor at Practical Performance, an organization dedicated to excellence in firearms training. Following his service in the U.S. Army, A.J. ventured into the private security sector as an executive protection specialist and instructor, honing his skills and expertise.
Chris Brown has been the elected Sheriff of Cleburne County, Arkansas, since January 2017. With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, Chris has distinguished himself as a certified police firearms instructor for 9 years. He currently serves as a Staff Instructor with Modern Samurai Project and holds instructor certifications in various disciplines.
Jim Dexter is currently a police sergeant with 17 years policing experience who also spent 10 years in the volunteer fire service. He is currently assigned as a patrol Sergeant and SWAT Commander of a multi-jurisdictional team.
John Sherbert is a highly accomplished Training Coordinator, currently overseeing the SWAT, Sniper, and Patrol Rifle curriculum at the esteemed North Carolina Justice Academy. With a strong law enforcement background, John served as an Entry Team Member and Sniper on the Emergency Response Team during his time as a sworn LE Officer with the Fayetteville Police Department.
Russ Lyons is a highly accomplished law enforcement professional with an impressive 25-year career at the Cleveland Division of Police. From 1996 to 2021, he held various pivotal roles, starting with Basic Patrol where he served in the 6th and 3rd Districts.
